Our Bodies Change Our Minds

11830149_10155929202760287_216993040_nWhen I first heard the expression ‘Be in your body’, I didn’t know what it meant, but the statement made me curious.  Like with so many concepts in life I’ve heard it before, it didn’t land or penetrate, as we only allow ideas to reach us deep inside when we are ready to respond to the calling and start the research.

We use sometimes real, sometimes imaginary reasons and excuses not to answer the calling, but one thing is for sure, it will keep repeating until you hear it.

Isn’t that wonderful?

There is an internal mechanism in our bodies that will direct you how to respond to external stimuli. that internal mechanism is purely here to serve you and it’s been encoded with superior intelligence in order to facilitate you through life.

The calling of your soul, who wants you to be everything you ever wanted to be, will not abandon you even if you have tried to abandon IT.

As we look in the mirror and are reminded by seeing the meat suit looking back at us all the ways we have betrayed that body, and we also can SEE when we are in perfect harmony with it.

We see people all the time who LOOK like they would rather hide in the dark and  those who look like they are walking on sunshine, we see them because we recognize ourselves in them, as we all have been one of them at one time or another.

At any given time, we all have times when things are good or bad or in between and when we think we have everything working fine and when nothing is working and we wish the good times would keep going.

It’s universally accepted that we feel the best when we are in love. that feeling only gets overshadowed by our greatest parallel fear that it won’t last.

So is it possible to create consistently and deliberately that feeling? Every day? Whether you are in love or not?

The answer is YES! I would like to invite you on a journey of self-discovery of your body/mind and soul to learn how. It’s available to all of us, all the time.

What I love about this the most is that you don’t need to be good-looking, or rich, or have a job or be young or be old, or be born in the right place or any external conditions to have it, because we all have bodies , it’s the great equalizer and I can meet you where you are at.

All you need is an open mind and willingness to want more out of your life!

I know, for some that may be a far and distant possibility given the current social, sexual, cultural and religious conditioning, but if I simplify it further and ask you this :

Who doesn’t want to feel good?

So here we are , we have now eliminated all the excuses and conditioning, as there is not a living creature who doesn’t want to feel good and so trust that your life is here to serve you to deliver that feeling, so have a bit of faith in your body.

Once you follow a few simple techniques to awaken it , it will show you the rest and you will never have to feel like that you are on the roadside watching your life going by, but you can keep skipping on that yellow brick road because you had the ruby slippers on all along.

  4. Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea
shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell
to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off
topic but I had to tell someone!
